As the Community Manager for Queensridge Owners Association, I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with Par 3 Landscape Management, and I’m pleased to share the positive impact they’ve had on my community.

Since returning as our contracted landscape vendor, Par 3 has consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and care. The community was in need of significant improvement when they resumed services, and their team has worked diligently to restore and enhance the overall appearance, making Queensridge more beautiful and visually appealing.

Par 3 is onsite throughout the week to maintain the grounds, and their presence is both consistent and effective. I work directly with Account Manager Riley and Field Manager Sage, both of whom are exceptional partners. They respond quickly to concerns raised by the management team, Board of Directors, and residents, ensuring that landscaping issues are addressed promptly and thoroughly.

Riley also attends our monthly Landscape Committee meetings, where she brings her artistic insight and consultative expertise to help guide the vision for our outdoor spaces.

I am the president of a 25-year-old single story townhome community consisting of 459 units.  We have landscaped areas to maintain in the front, sides and back of the units as well as several open areas that in total contain approximately 10,000 plants and bushes.   We hired Par 3 six years ago and have found them to be excellent partners in managing our landscape.  They instituted a weed control program which no other landscape company had previously done and the results have been nothing short of amazing.  Instead of phones ringing off the hook with weed complaints every spring, the phones are silent.  They inspected and replaced our drip irrigation system when no other company had bothered to look at it and instead just kept charging for never ending repairs.  We used their engineering department to solve large landscape drainage issues and had Par 3 do our turf conversion project which removed over 326,000 square feet of turf.  All projects handled by Par 3 went smoothly and any issues that arose were quickly remedied. We are very happy with their service.
